Pakavitor Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pakavitor website, creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pakavitor. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Pakavitor reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Pakavitor account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be voided in accordance with our fraud prevention policy.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering on Pakavitor you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 Account Verification

Pakavitor may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or unlocking full account functionality. Verification may require submission of a CNIC, mobile wallet screenshot or other documentation. Pakavitor aims to complete verification reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pakavitor login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Pakavitor support immediately. Pakavitor will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

Pakavitor reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, abusive conduct towards staff or other players, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to player misconduct, any bonuses or promotional credits held in the account may be forfeited. Genuine balances from deposits will be returned where permitted by applicable rules.

3.3 Closing Your Own Account

You may request to close your Pakavitor account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and the resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Pakavitor accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Pakavitor does not apply any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on Pakavitor is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit specified, though Pakavitor reserves the right to request verification documentation for large deposits at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your Pakavitor wallet instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing institution.

4.3 Funds Origin

By depositing on Pakavitor you confirm that all funds used are from legitimate sources and are legally yours to use for betting and gaming purposes. Pakavitor operates a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering. We reserve the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for deposits that trigger our internal risk thresholds.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes of submission for accounts that have completed standard verification. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers are subject to interbank processing schedules and may take up to 4–6 hours. Visa and Mastercard refunds follow card network timelines which are outside Pakavitor's control.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on Pakavitor is Rs 200. There is no fee charged by Pakavitor on withdrawals, though your receiving institution may apply charges on their end. Pakavitor recommends checking your wallet app's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

Pakavitor may require account verification to be completed before processing withdrawal requests. If your account has not yet been verified, you will be prompted to submit the required documents when you submit your first withdrawal request. Verification is a one-time process and subsequent withdrawals will not require repeated submission unless there is a change to your account details.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusals

Pakavitor reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or where the account has not satisfied verification requirements. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review and the typical review timeline will be communicated at that point.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Pakavitor are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the sports betting lobby. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market. It is your responsibility to review these rules before confirming any wager.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet stake on Pakavitor is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, competition, market type and bet type. Maximum limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Pakavitor reserves the right to apply individual maximum stake limits to accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

6.3 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered accepted when you receive a confirmation notification within the Pakavitor platform showing a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not reach this confirmation stage — due to connectivity issues, session timeouts or other technical problems — are not considered placed and no stake is deducted. If you are unsure whether a bet has been accepted, check your open bets section before re-entering the wager.

6.4 Obvious Errors in Odds

Pakavitor makes every effort to ensure that published odds are accurate at the time of bet placement. However, in the event of a clear pricing error — for example an odds value that is obviously incorrect relative to the market — Pakavitor reserves the right to void bets placed at that erroneous price. Players will be notified and their stake will be returned in full. This policy applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

7. Bet Settlement

7.1 Settlement Timing

Most Pakavitor bets are settled automatically within 5–20 minutes of the official result being confirmed by our data providers. Match winner and totals markets settle first. Certain special markets — such as top batsman, man of the match or first goalscorer — may take slightly longer if official statistical data is delayed. Once settled, winnings are credited to your Pakavitor wallet immediately.

7.2 Cancelled Events

If a sports event is cancelled before it starts, or is abandoned before reaching the minimum time threshold specified in the sport-specific rules, your stake will be refunded in full to your Pakavitor wallet. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is voided and removed from the parlay — the remaining legs continue and are settled normally with the revised combined odds.

7.3 Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on Pakavitor, you have 14 days from the settlement date to raise a formal dispute with our support team. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Pakavitor's settlement decisions, once reviewed and confirmed by the trading team, are final. We encourage all players to raise settlement queries promptly so they can be resolved quickly.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers on Pakavitor are available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new registered Pakistani players who have completed account verification. Players who have previously closed an account or who have been identified as operating under multiple accounts are not eligible for new player bonuses.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.4 Abuse of Promotions

Pakavitor reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Pakavitor's decision on promotional abuse is final.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only.

13. Limitation of Liability
